Connecting to the Present Moment

Often you will see an image of the Buddha with his hand touching the ground. Its telling us, “By connecting to the present moment we can understand what it is to be enlightened.”

Its a simple message and its coming at us a lot of different ways these days: the power of now, be here now, etc. But when we bring it into our own experience, its quite powerful.

In meditation we begin to see what it means to be enlightened.
