Connecting With Our Energy

If we monitor our energy, I think we will notice that it goes up and down based on the extent to which we really connect with our lives.

When we rise to meet the challenge of living, good and bad, happy and sad – our energy is strong. When we feel overwhelmed, and back away from the challenge – our energy drops, and we will tend to look for superficial ways to charge it back up that don’t really work in the long run.
