People often have a really hard time meditating. Many folks just say, “No, I can’t do that.” I hear that many times. The instruction is simple; just take a comfortable posture and follow the breath, so that’s not the problem. It’s hard because sitting still and looking directly can be excruciating. More and more it seems important to make meditation accessible to people to at least try and get their foot in the door.
