Loving-kindness Practice

Lovingkindness practice (aka Maitri or Metta) can actually help us to cultivate loving kindness – for ourselves and others. Sometimes people say, “well I’m not really kind and it’s hard to wish that for myself and others”, but that’s like saying “I can’t do yoga because I’m not flexible” … the practice is the way to develop those things.
