Meditation practice can be a great aide in helping each of us to become a more creative person, in every aspect of life.

Being more mindful and aware allows us to see larger patterns, take a fresh look, explore the depths of perception and not get caught up in small loops of repetitive negative patterns which can sometimes block our natural creative instincts.
