The Piñata Style of Meditation

An important element for our meditation practice is some precision and clarity in how to go about it.

I often see what I call the piñata style of meditating: its as though the person is blindfolded, spun around and haphazardly swinging a bat looking for the piñata.

There’s no precision or clarity in the method.
