If you say you are going to sit for 20 minutes, and just for whatever reason you’re having the hardest time that day and you’re having major upheavals of all sorts, you should still sit for the 20 minutes you’ve allocated yourself.
Even if it’s going great, and you think “wow, I’m becoming enlightened” or whatever, you just stay with the technique. It’s very simple that way. Just stay with it no matter what comes up.
