If we are interesting in spiritual study and practice these days there are so many avenues available to us. Workshops on every conceivable tradition, new age variations and inventions, on and on and on.
But at some point, it might be helpful to choose a direction, choose a path, and go deeper into it. The alternative is staying at the spiritual buffet, snacking endlessly but never really digesting any of it.
