Touching the Earth

One of the ways we could talk about the practice of meditation is just bringing more sanity, more grounded-ness to how we live.

The Buddha is often pictured touching the earth because he was grounded and practical. He said we’re finally landing here, settling down on the earth and being present.

The sitting posture is a complete representation of that.
