Wearing Colored Glasses

As we meditate we begin to notice that we have often unconsciously added layers and layers of our own projections over whatever we experience – almost like wearing a pair of colored glasses.

We can be curious and friendly towards ourselves as we explore our own state of mind, patters and habits.
